Michelle joined Filippatos PLLC as the Chief Paralegal to oversee all aspects of paralegal operations from recruitment and training to workflow management and quality control.
Michelle is a value-driven paralegal with nearly a decade of experience successfully supporting and managing the caseloads of multiple attorneys. Her skills include legal research, document drafting, and litigation support. Prior to joining Filippatos PLLC, she worked for two well respected employment law firms, which have given her the skills to master the field of employment litigation.
Michelle graduated from SUNY Rockland with an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and later went on to graduate magna cum laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and marketing.
She is a licensed notary public and is a proud mother of one. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and trying new foods.
